The aim of this research was about to find out toxic relationship represented in It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover. The method of this research was a descriptive qualitative research. The object of the research was novel entitled It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover. The instrument of this research was the writer herself as the human instrument key. Data collection techniques of this research was, the writer read the novel, highlighted and underlined both sentences and quotations from the novel and rewrite the data in table forms. Data analysis techniques of this research was, the writer identified the data and classified all data in the novel, decrease the data, and described and interpreted the data. The results showed that Toxic Relationship in the novel divided into seven parts. deprecator belittler, the bad temper toxic partner, the guilt inducer, the overreactor, the over dependent partner, the independent toxic controller and the possessive toxic controller. Conclusion of this research was toxic relationship happened with the main characters Lily and Ryle. Keywords: Analysis, Main Character and Toxic Relationship.
