This study aims to determine the completeness of learning outcomes in Pancasila Education learning for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 46 Lubuklinggau after the implementation of the Think Pair Share cooperative learning model assisted by Flash Card media. This study is an experimental study. The research design used in this study is a quasi-experimental design with the pre-test and post-test one group category. The population in this study were all fifth grade students of SD Negeri 46 Lubuklinggau. Sampling used a random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by testing. Data were analyzed using the t-test at a significance level of α = 0.05. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the average pre- test score is 45,455 and the average post-test score is 83,636, so there is an increase in student learning outcomes of around 38,181 after the implementation of the Think Pair Share cooperative learning model assisted by Flash Card media. Based on the t-test analysis, the value of t count > t table is obtained, which is 5,165 >1.721. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study can be accepted as true. In other words, the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education of grade V students of SD Negeri 46 Lubuklinggau are significantly complete after the implementation of the Think Pair Share (TPS) type cooperative learning model assisted by Flash Card Media.
