<note>This research aimed to find out whether or not it was effective to teach vocabulary by using the Jeopardy Game to the third grade students at SDN 131 Rejang Lebong in the academic year 2024/2025. The researcher used a pre-experimental method, and the data were collected through a vocabulary test. The population of this study was all of the third grade students of SDN 131 Rejang Lebong in the academic year 2024/2025, consisting of 49 students and divided into two classes. The sample was taken through purposive sampling; it was class IIIA with 26 students. The researcher used three techniques: individual score, normality testing, and the matched t-test in analyzing the data. The average score in the pre-test was 57.54, while in the post-test, the students’ average score was 68.81. The students’ average score in the post-test was higher than their score in the pre-test. The t-obtained value was 5.991, which was higher than 22.76, as the critical value. It means that the Jeopardy game was significantly effective in teaching vocabulary by using the Jeopardy Game to the third grade students at SDN 131 Rejang Lebong in the academic year 2025/2025.
