<note>The research aimed to investigate about Students Perception on Lecturer Roles to Enhance communication Skills as Professional Speaker. The researcher employed descriptive quantitative method which was to know the students’ perception on lecturers’ roles to achieve students’ communication skills. The instrument of this research used close-ended questionnaire and Interview. Furthermore, the population of this research was 25 students consist 1 class at second semester of English Study Program in PGRI Silampari Univeristy on academic year 2025. Then, The result shows that the majority of students’ perception was in positive classification on lecturer roles. The most roles is lecturer as guide when the lecturer play the various roles in assisting students to enhance their communication skills. Thus, the lecturers’ role is crucial for enhancing students’ communication skills as professional speaker.
