<note>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur Keterampilan Proses Sains dan Motivasi Belajar siswa kelas XI IPA di SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau menggunakan model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada materi Gelombang Cahaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan ASSURE instrumen  yang digunakan berupa soal  pre-test dan  post-test, lembar observasi, dan angket motivasi siswa. Hasil Pre-test dari 20 siswa memperoleh nilai 27 untuk post-test setelah pembelajaran menggunakan LKPD fisika berbasis PBL terjadi peningkatan KPS siswa menjadi  79 dengan rata-rata 0,71. Kemudian untuk hasil lembar observasi siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata tertinggi yaitu 0,88 dan terendah 0,44 dari nilai maksimal 100. Untuk hasil angket motivasi belajar siswa seluruh siswa memperoleh nilai diatas 0,77 atau 77% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa setelah menggunakan LKPD fisika berbasis PBL tersebut.
